Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom software solutions, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.

Non-Refundable Services
Once a project has started, it becomes non-refundable. Our team immediately begins allocating resources, including developer hours, design work, and project planning. Since these services are customized and time-sensitive, we cannot offer full refunds after project initiation.

Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel a service before the project has officially started and before technical specifications have been confirmed, you may request a refund. In such cases, a processing fee of 10–15% may be deducted from your deposit to cover administrative and consultation efforts.

Partial Refunds
If a project has commenced but is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work delivered and associated costs incurred. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires mutual agreement between both parties.

Quality Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the delivered product within the scope of the agreement, we prioritize resolving the issues through revisions. Our team will work closely with you to make necessary adjustments and ensure you receive what was promised.

How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of project cancellation or delivery.
